Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Production

All MidnightVault items are produced on demand. Production begins immediately after an order is placed.
Because of this, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once submitted.


Final Sale & Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for shipped items unless there is a confirmed issue with the product.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Made-to-order or customized products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Orders returned due to change of mind


Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, exchanges are not available.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us so we can provide a replacement where applicable.


European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date the item is received.

This applies only if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The product is not customized or made to order

To initiate a cancellation under this policy, contact us within the 14-day window.
